General

Do I need to make an appointment?
While walk-ins are welcome at all our clinics, we recommend booking an appointment to minimise your waiting time. You can book online, call us, or WhatsApp us.
What are your opening hours?
All our clinics are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed on public holidays.
Which locations do you have?
We have 4 clinics: Punggol (Blk 665A Punggol Drive), Sengkang (Blk 473A Fernvale Street), Anchorvale (326A Anchorvale Road), and Woodlands (136 Marsiling Road).
Do you have a Korean-speaking dentist?
Yes! Dr Park Jungyoon is fluent in Korean and English. She practises at all 4 of our clinics — Punggol, Sengkang, Anchorvale, and Woodlands. Please mention you'd like to see Dr Park when booking.

Insurance & Payment

Do you accept CHAS?
Yes, all our clinics are CHAS registered. CHAS Blue and Orange cardholders receive subsidies on dental treatments. Please bring your CHAS card to your appointment.
Can I use Medisave for dental treatment?
Yes, certain surgical procedures are Medisave claimable, including wisdom tooth surgery and dental implant surgery. You can claim from your own or approved family members' Medisave accounts.
Which insurance companies do you accept?
We accept most major insurance providers including AIA, Prudential, Great Eastern, NTUC Income, Aviva (Singlife), and more. Please bring your insurance card and we'll help you with the claims process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners, NETS, PayNow, and CDC Vouchers. We also accept CHAS, Medisave (for eligible procedures), and Pioneer/Merdeka Generation subsidies.
Do you accept Pioneer and Merdeka Generation cards?
Yes! Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation cardholders enjoy additional subsidies on dental treatments at all our clinics. Please bring your card.

Treatments

How much does scaling and polishing cost?
Scaling and polishing at Caring Dental starts from $60, depending on the extent of treatment needed. CHAS cardholders enjoy additional subsidies.
How much does wisdom tooth surgery cost? Can I use Medisave?
Wisdom tooth surgery ranges from $800 to $1,720 per tooth. Yes, it is Medisave claimable up to $1,720 per tooth (including GST). You can claim from your own or family members' Medisave.
How much do dental implants cost?
Dental implants start from $2,800 per implant. The surgery component is Medisave claimable. We'll provide a detailed cost breakdown during your consultation.
Do you provide Invisalign?
Yes, we offer both traditional braces and Invisalign clear aligners. Treatment costs start from $3,500 depending on complexity. Book a consultation to find out which option suits you best.
Do you treat children?
We provide gentle, child-friendly dental care for patients of all ages. Our dentists are experienced in making children feel comfortable. We recommend a first dental visit by age 1.

Emergency

What should I do in a dental emergency?
For dental emergencies such as severe toothache, knocked-out teeth, or broken teeth, please call your nearest clinic immediately. We accommodate emergency cases as quickly as possible during our operating hours.
Do you provide after-hours emergency services?
Our clinics are open till 9pm on weekdays, which covers most urgent cases. For emergencies outside our operating hours, please visit the nearest hospital A&E department.
